Job Description Job Description HIRING MECHANICAL ASSEMBLERS IN PUEBLO, CO Shift: 6:00AM to 6:00PM in a 2-2-3 schedule ( work 2 days, have 2 days off, then work 3 days, repeating every two weeks with every other weekend of) . Pay: $20–$23/hour (DOE) Position Overview Join an industry?leading clean?energy manufacturer as a Mechanical Assembler , contributing directly to the construction of large?scale wind turbine tower components. In this hands?on role, you’ll assemble internal mechanical structures using pneumatic, power, and hand tools to install ladders, platforms, lighting assemblies, hardware, and other critical internal systems. Key Responsibilities Interpret mechanical drawings, work instructions, and production specifications to complete assembly tasks accurately. Assemble mechanical components to strict quality standards, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and torque requirements. Perform quality inspections and make necessary adjustments or corrections. Use forklifts, material?handling carts, and other equipment to move heavy components. Conduct basic equipment checks and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues. Collaborate with team members and leads to maintain efficient workflow. Support all safety, environmental, and compliance requirements. Required Skills & Experience High school diploma or GED. 1 year of experience in heavy assembly, fabrication, construction, or industrial environments. Professional experience using hand, power, and pneumatic tools. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions. Ability to work in a physically demanding, industrial environment (indoor/outdoor). Forklift operation experience (preferred but not required). Must pass pre-employment reading, math, and locating?information assessments. Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail; able to perform routine quality checks. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
