Job Description Job Description NOW HIRING: Mechanical Assemblers – Pueblo, CO Shift: 6:00 AM–6:00 PM on a 2?2?3 schedule (Work 2 days ? Off 2 days ? We’re hiring Mechanical Assemblers to support the construction of large?scale wind turbine tower components in a state?of?the?art Pueblo facility. What You’ll Do Read and interpret mechanical drawings, work instructions, and production specs. Assemble mechanical systems with precision—ensuring correct fit, alignment, and torque. Perform routine quality checks and make adjustments as needed. Use hand, power, and pneumatic tools to install ladders, platforms, lighting, hardware, and other internal components. Operate forklifts and material?handling equipment to move large parts (training provided if needed). Conduct basic equipment checks and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues. Work collaboratively with your team to maintain efficient production flow. Follow all safety, environmental, and compliance procedures. What We’re Looking For High school diploma or GED. 1 year of experience in mechanical assembly, construction, fabrication, or similar industrial environments. Comfortable using hand, power, and pneumatic tools daily. Ability to read technical drawings and work instructions. Physically able to work in an industrial environment (indoor/outdoor). Forklift experience is a plus, not a requirement. Must pass pre?employment reading, math, and locating?information assessments. Strong mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and attention to detail. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Pueblo, CO. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
