Job Description:
Title: Electromechanical Engineer Location: Lakewood, Colorado
Type: Permanent/direct Salary: $107,000.00 to $133,800.00 7% Annual
Bonus Start date: Immediate Responsibilities: Leads and is
accountable for projects and drives results (supports equipment).
Provide technical direction and leadership across site/regions to
drive/lead best practices and continuous improvement projects, keep
abreast of new technology, and develop innovative solutions. Be a
subject matter expert on HLA/system integration. Understand
manufacturing and test equipment concepts, technologies, and
techniques and how to apply them to improve quality and efficiency.
Carries out process improvement and problem resolution projects
Performs research, design, and development of manufacturing
processes including production flow, assembly methods, and
production equipment - applying knowledge of product design,
fabrication, assembly, tooling, and materials, partnering with
manufacturing teams. Supports the manufacturing launch of
new/revised products including establishing goals, training team
members and evaluating results. Represent the Operations
organization as the prime technical contact on electro-mechanical
device projects. Interacts with senior level internal and external
personnel on significant technical matters often requiring
coordination between organizations Represent the organization as

4 years experience in a design for manufacturability role, working
with production teams for pilot builds to support design
verification, transfer manufacturing processes from R&D to
factory associates and engineering teams for medical devices 2
years of experience with design transfer from R&D to
manufacturing 2 years of related working experience in HLA/System
integration. Knowledge and ability to implement FDA or regulatory
requirements as necessary. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of
