Your expertise will ensure payroll accuracy, compliance with all regulatory requirements, and excellent internal support to employees. Key Responsibilities: Process end-to-end payroll for multiple states and entities Ensure accurate tax withholdings, garnishments, and benefits deductions Partner with PEO providers and utilize systems like QuickBooks, ADP, and Paychex Respond to employee inquiries related to payroll, retirement contributions, and benefits Resolve payroll discrepancies and provide timely solutions Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations What We're Looking For in a Payroll Accountant: Minimum of 3 years' experience in payroll accounting Proven experience with multi-state payroll processing Familiarity with PEOs and payroll software systems Public accounting or client services background is a plus Strong attention to detail and customer service mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams If you're a Payroll Accountant ready to grow with a company that values your contributions and supports your professional journey, we want to hear from you!
