an Assistant Controller to join their growing team-where no two

success. About the Role: As the Assistant Controller, you'll play a
key role in managing the day-to-day financial operations, ensuring
accurate reporting, and helping drive strategic financial
decisions. You'll work closely with the Controller to improve
systems, mentor and guide our accounting team, and provide insights
that support both department and company-wide performance. Why this

financial statements, manage consolidations and intercompany
transactions Lead month end closing process, reviewing the
reconciliations and journal entries of the team Manage annual
budgets, budget to actual review and assist with forecasting
Oversee general accounting functions, including GL, A/P, and A/R
Support compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory
reporting. Collaborate with project managers and operations to
align financial practices with project goals. Optimize and maintain
ERP/accounting systems to improve reporting and efficiency. Mentor
and develop team members; foster a culture of continuous learning
and accountability. Partner with the Controller to lead special
projects and process improvements. Qualifications: Bachelor's
degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA or MBA preferred). 10 years of
accounting/finance experience, ideally in a large company
Demonstrated experience leading or mentoring a team.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and organizational skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate
