semi-monthly payroll for a diverse employee base Ensure compliance
with federal, state, and organizational payroll policies Manage and
maintain up-to-date payroll records and documentation Serve as the
first point of contact for all payroll-related questions Partner
with HR and Finance teams to support audits, reports, and system
improvements Assist in benefits administration and related
HR/payroll functions What Makes You a Great Payroll Specialist: 2
years of hands-on payroll experience Working knowledge of payroll
laws, tax regulations, and best practices Excellent problem-solving
and communication skills Proficiency with payroll systems like ADP,
Paychex, or similar platforms Ability to handle confidential data
with professionalism and discretion Familiarity with HRIS platforms
and strong Excel skills Compensation: $62,000 - $72,000 , depending
