Responsibilities for AP Specialist Processing a high volume of invoices including 3 way match Mail weekly garnishment checks Enter ACH Payments and Payments by Credit Card Resolving AP processing related issues Responding to customers/vendors inquiries in a timely manner Assisting with monthly closing activities Actively supporting other AP processes when required Review statements Email/Telephone contact with requestors and cooperating with AP department Qualifications for AP Specialist Self-motivated individual who possesses a “roll up the sleeves attitude” and a “hands-on” style, the aptitude to thrive in a fast-paced, results- oriented environment Very Precise Communication skills, analytical thinking, attention to details Knowledge of accounting principles and AP processes a plus Interested in hearing more?
