As a Commercial HVAC Service Sales Executive at Johnson Controls, you will play a crucial role in driving the sales of our cutting-edge HVAC solutions tailored for commercial clients. Leveraging Johnson Controls’ global leadership in smart building technologies, you will consult with clients to improve their building efficiency, sustainability, and security using our top-tier systems. This role is ideal for a dynamic sales professional who is keen on promoting innovative products and building long-lasting customer relationships in the competitive HVAC wholesale industry. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to effectively sell HVAC products and services to commercial clients. Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded through excellent service and support. Identify potential new clients through networking, cold calling, and business development efforts. Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasts and meet individual and team sales targets. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure that solutions are tailored to meet client-specific requirements. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for market growth. Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations that affect the HVAC industry. Proven ability to negotiate and close sales deals. Strong understanding of commercial HVAC systems and market trends. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to provide high-quality customer service and follow-up. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
