Shamrock Foods Company, a distinguished leader in the food distribution industry since 1922, is looking to expand its dynamic team with the addition of an Account Executive. This role is pivotal in sustaining and growing our business relationships within the food and beverage sector. The Account Executive will be responsible for managing existing client accounts, identifying new opportunities, and driving revenue growth by delivering consistent, superior service that reflects the quality and values of Shamrock Foods. Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective clients Analyze market trends to identify new sales and growth opportunities Prepare and present sales proposals and presentations to clients Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives Collaborate with the marketing team to identify and grow opportunities Keep abreast of new product developments and services within the industry Maintain a high level of professionalism and product knowledge Strong verbal and written communication skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while maintaining sharp attention to detail Expertise in CRM software and MS Office Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking Excellent negotiation and presentation skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Professional sales certification (e.g., CPSA Sales Certificate) Food Safety Certification (preferred but not required)
