What You'll Do:


Perform preventative maintenance and general repairs


Troubleshoot electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems


Replace appliances and maintain windows, doors, and screens


Assist with snow removal when needed


Help maintain a safe, clean, and comfortable environment for residents


What You'll Need:


High school diploma or equivalent


Experience preferred, but not required


Dependability and a positive, team-oriented attitude
