The successful candidate will possess strong written and verbal communication skills, a willingness to meet business critical deadlines, proven time-management and organizational skills, and strong analytical skills with accuracy and attention to detail. In addition, they must possess demonstrable project management skills, ability to multi-task, and work independently. This role is high visibility, will frequently interface with senior leadership. Duties and Responsibilities (include but not limited to)Responsible for managing cell site, transport, and Enterprise construction and maintenance projects.Develops project plans and coordinates daily project management tasks across multi-functional teams including Real Estate, Engineering, Construction, Field Operations and Sales. Responsible for the development and communication of reports for project status.Gathers, analyzes, prepares, and summarizes construction related documentation. Ensures company databases are kept up to date. Meets the SLA for documentation required for all aspects of the process. Frequently interfaces with Network Engineering and Network Operations to identify, review, and ensure network improvement efforts are on time and in line with company goals.Facilitate reviews, audits, definitions, updates and implementation on contractor's work.Evaluates general contractors to make effective decisions to improve the use of CAPEX. Oversee selection and coordination of subcontractors working on various phases of multiple projects.Responsible for proper administration of construction contracts, and for obtaining all necessary permits and licenses.Ensure the site builds are completed to meet the company engineering objectivesEnsures performance results meet or exceed established service levels; on-time performance for service repairs and network restoration.Oversees the drawing packages required for the entire site development process.Reviews architectural and engineering drawings to make sure that all specifications and regulations are being followed.Responsible for Method of Procedures; documenting procedures relating to routine and emergency maintenance and repair.Responsible for the creation and maintenance of a comprehensive vendor contact list.Provide direct management to Site Development Coordinator(s). Other duties as assigned or required by the business Required Qualifications:BS/BA and 3 years of experience; or Associates Degree and at least 3-5 years' work experience in telecommunications construction.Must have a high degree of experience and/or knowledge of at least two of the four major operational disciplines: Management, Project/Program Management, Construction, or Telecommunications Network Operations.Three years' direct experience managing projects in telecommunications (Site Acquisition, A&E, construction, or related). Experienced with Microsoft Office (Teams, Outlook, Excel, Word, Visio and Powerpoint)Good interpersonal, presentation, verbal, and written communications skills.Demonstrated experience preparing presentations and communications for executive stakeholders.
