Position DescriptionENSCO is seeking a custodian to perform assigned custodial tasks at an industrial site, which include general cleaning of restrooms, offices, cafeteria, entrances, classrooms, conference rooms, parking lots, and other common areas, as well as outlying buildings which include cleaning high bays, rail, and concrete floors.Custodial tasks often include the following:Empty wastebaskets and replace liner as neededDust/clean tops of office furniture, desks and tablesVacuum all carpeting & spot clean soiled areas when needed, Sweep floors and damp mop non-carpeted flooring with disinfectantSanitize and clean toilets, basins, and urinals, Clean sink, counters, mirrors fixtures, and damp mop tile floorsRefill all restroom dispensers as neededSpot clean walls, partitions, and doorsWipe/clean all tabletops, chairs, vending machines, appliances, etc.Sweep and mop high bays Sweep railsPick up litter in parking lotsEnsure custodial supplies are stocked, and maintain tidy and organized custodial closets. Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required:Basic knowledge of custodial duties and janitorial responsibilities.Minimum of 2 to 4 years of related experience.Knowledge of cleaning equipment includingvacuuming, sweeping, mopping, waxing, scrubbing, buffing, and applying finishes on different flooring materials.Knowledge of cleaning techniques and processes.Knowledge of the qualities and uses of variouscleaning, sanitizing, stripping, and waxingcompounds.Experience in cleaning and sanitizing washrooms.Ability to follow directions and work withinguidelines.Must be able to read, understand and follow units of measure on product labels.Must maintain professional demeanor and be a team player.Demonstrated ability of maintaining janitorialequipment in a clean, safe and operable condition.Repetitive motion involved on a daily basis may include, but not limited to, bending, twisting, pushing, pulling, reaching, climbing, and squatting.Requires stooping, kneeling, crawling, bending, turning, and reaching into areas not fully air conditioned.Able to stand and walk for extended periods of time to include climbing/descending stairwells and ladders.Ability to maintain janitor closets in a clean,organized and safe manner and according tocompany guidelines and all regulations.Requires physical exertion to manually move, lift, carry, pull, or push heavy objects or materials up to 50 pounds.Qualifications Desired:Ability to work a flexible daytime scheduleRequired Certifications: NoneU.S. Citizenship Required: NoSecurity Clearance Required: NoneEmployment Type: Full TimeBackground Check Type: 10 Year Pre-EmploymentDrug Screen Required: Pre-Employment Drug and Random Alcohol and Drug (FRA)Position Contingent Upon Contract Award: NoSalary Range$20.68 - $25 USDREAL ID Requirement This position may require the ability to access to U.S. federal facilities.
