Job DescriptionWhat You'll Do:

• Develop and implement the Mission-level Test Plan and Test Procedures.
• Ensure all simulator, Ground Support Equipment (GSE)/Special Test Equipment (STE), network interfaces, and other resources are identified and in place to support mission level testing.
• Lead mission-level test activities, including early data exchanges, risk-reduction activities, end-to-end data verification, space-to-ground compatibility, factory compatibility, and multi-segment testing.
• Support operations and launch rehearsal development and execution.
• Plan and execute continuous Mission System Integration and Test activities post-launch, addressing issue resolution, software updates, ground system updates, and operations updates.
• Assist with Discrepancy Report Review Board (DRRB) and Content Review Board (CRB), interface with customers, manage flight software and command and control element (CCE) releases, and coordinate DR and build management across the organization.
• Develop, release, and maintain space-to-ground Interface Control Documents (ICDs) with external interfaces.
• Support the development of mission CONOPS and functional baseline.
• Define simulator requirements and use-cases to support Collection Segment and Mission Integration & Test activities.
• Collaborate with verification lead to develop the mission level verification plan.
• Maintain a regular and predictable work schedule.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships within the department and across the company, ensuring a positive and productive work environment.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or related field plus 8+ years of experience. Higher degrees may substitute for experience (Master's or Ph.D.).
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.
  • Proven technical leadership and familiarity with mission systems integration.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • Experience in MBSE, Linux OS, JIRA, and large program test management.
    • Background in EVM or CAM.
    • Experience with mission systems, spacecraft systems, ground systems, or payload systems.
    • Successful track record as a technical team lead.
    • Experience with mission operations.
    • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership in group discussions, and ability to prioritize and delegate effectively.
