We aim to be the 'world's best' by fostering a culture of hard work, investment, and continual innovation.CompensationStarting salary ranges from $115,000 to $140,000 with an annual target bonus of 10%.Responsibilities

• Architect for Windows & Linux systems and storage environments, ensuring system stability, integrity, and performance.
• Manage installation, monitoring, maintenance, and support of hardware, software, and cloud infrastructure.
• Analyze and resolve incidents and problems, providing end-user training as needed.
• Manage supplier relationships, lead projects, and collaborate with business and application teams.
• Establish standards and architecture documentation with the Infrastructure Architect.
• Lead cloud migration initiatives and evaluate cloud service providers.
• Develop strategies for cloud adoption, including hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
• Align cloud architecture with business goals, focusing on security, compliance, and cost management.Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5 to 8 years of relevant experience.Preferred Qualifications
  • Certifications in Microsoft, VMware, SuSE Linux, or related technologies.Skills
    • Strong time management, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Experience with systems & storage services, procurement, and implementation.
    • Expertise in VMware, cloud technologies, Active Directory, Linux, storage, and backup technologies.
