HPE GreenLake brings the modern cloud IT experience to the data and applications clients can't or won't put into the public cloud.This is a senior role to develop, manage and progress HPEs GreenLake Marketplace program supporting HPEs private/hybrid as-a-service cloud platforms. You will lead the day-to-day cadence and cross functional teams by defining and executing a comprehensive Marketplace strategy, business imperatives and KPIs that continue to drive HPE leadership in the private/hybrid cloud market. A vibrant and multifaceted Marketplace is a key element and expectation for customers as they consume private/hybrid cloud resources. This role will be a strong advocate and voice for all users of the Marketplace including Customer, Sale, ISV Partners and Channel teams. Prior experience driving cloud marketplace initiatives is highly desired. Responsible for the development and/or delivery of integrated Marketplace programs for key as-a-service offers align to Private Cloud outcomes. Defines and/or manages execution of strategies and tactical plans. Aligns organizations/processes to achieve aligned business goals. Develops and/or manages delivery of value propositions/messaging for Marketplace targeted users. Drives customer and ISV partner relevance with Marketplace programs. Determines GTM program goals/benchmarks and tracks/analyzes results using closed-loop analysis. Drives continuous improvements, efficiencies and effectiveness for all Marketplace programs.Responsibilities:

  • Establish and lead the GreenLake Marketplace strategy and business development with direct and cross-functional stakeholders
  • Own Marketplace program definition and business requirements
  • Align and drive business objectives and requirements in partnership with the Marketplace product management teams
  • Be accountable for establishing Marketplace programs that ensure a feature rich customer and ISV partner experience
  • Extensive collaboration across product Management, CTO, and Green Lake GTM to synthesize Marketplace imperatives.
  • Tightly coupled with Marketing and ISV Ecosystem teams you will define the value proposition for Marketplace ISVs with an eye towards delivering an overwhelming value proposition and simplified onboarding process.
  • Engage with Sr. Leadership to convey the Marketplace vision, strategy and KPIs.
  • Become the SME for the wholistic ISV Ecosystem and Marketplace programs.
  • Present to sales, partner, and analysis communities the Marketplace vision and strategy.About YouEducation:
    • You have a Bachelor Degree in Business, Technical Degree or related field.
    • You have 10+ years of experience, including technical and or business development with software and technology industries ideally with prior experience in driving large cloud marketplace initiatives. Genera knowledge of sales, alliances and/or channel experience desired.Knowledge and Skills:
      • You are highly knowledgeable on all aspects of as-a-service offer creation
      • You have in-depth understanding of the industry, offering categories and company offerings/ strategy.
      • You have Strong project management, analytical and written/oral communication skills
      • You have the ability to build, manage, and influence virtual teams along with exceptional negotiating skills.
      • You have the ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and functional disciplines, both within and outside the company.
