Job DescriptionOur full-time phone appointment setters are setting more Colorado Springs appointments than our Denver-area agents are willing to go on; we need to hire a Colorado Springs partner ASAP! The Flourish Real Estate Network is unlike anything anyone in Colorado Real Estate has ever seen. A community of 27 professionals spread across the Front Range, in several different brokerages, rallying around a shared 501c3 non-profit, Flourish Alliance, that gets everyone out of bed in the morning. We are much more than a real estate team, with several other connected businesses that agents can share profit & ownership in (title, brokerages, insurance, shared services, and several others in the works). Within other companies, there are several other opportunities; this is just for the real estate team. • "Always be consulting" by providing your clients with your very best service and your very best advice to nurture client relationships and generate repeat and referral customers
• Consistently reach out and follow-up with leads to grow sales opportunities
• Keep up with local knowledge to answer questions clients may have about potential homes and the surrounding community
• Oversee the entire process from listing to closing to ensure a quick and seamless transaction experience
• Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then find a home to meet those needsQualifications:
  • A successful and proven sales history is preferred
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Great communication and social skills
  • Top-notch time management skills and highly organized
  • Self motivated and able to perform tasks independentlyAbout CompanyAs a brokerage, we are in business to transform lives through real estate. We do this primarily through our partner 501c3, Flourish Alliance, by addressing issues that limit someone's ability to flourish. That would include (but is not limited to) things like food insecurity, housing affordability & homelessness, clean water projects around the world, human trafficking, safety, education, and other issues contributing to poverty.
