Job Description:
Subject matter expert in system administration. Maintain site
and real estate data for all network sites in systems used by the
Real Estate department. Work closely the Property Management
Supervisor with projects and audits related to data integrity and
accuracy. Support the Real Estate team with entering, updating,
uploading, and completing tasks in Sitetracker to ensure projects
workflows and deliverables are completed accurately. Duties and
ResponsibilitiesAct as a member of the internal Sitetracker Support
Administration team Responsible for processing all requests for
creating new site location records, updating, or editing site
location records, and completing related checklistsPrimary point of
contact responsible for Real Estate process and best practice
documentation related to system administrationMaintain real estate
related site data integrity across all relevant systems including
tower and ground ownership and contact information, zoning
jurisdiction, addresses, coordinates, and FCC informationRun and
maintain real estate and site related reports from various systems
Collect, upload, and properly categorize due diligence
documentation in the appropriate site or contract recordCoordinate
with Site Development (Infrastructure Delivery Manager),
Construction, Field Operations, RF, and Transport on all
initiatives and projects related to Sitetracker process, data, and
general tool management Minimum RequirementsAssociates and/or
bachelor's degree; or 4 years relevant professional experience2
years Property Management and/or Telecommunications Real Estate
experienceDesired QualificationsExperience with Lucernex,
Sitetracker or an equivalent site and lease management
softwareExperienced in Microsoft Office toolsStrong verbal and
written communication skills Ability to work well and efficiently
in office or remote environment with a remote teamAcute attention
to detail and instructions Compensation & Benefits:Hiring
Compensation Range: $50,000- $55,000 (compensation determined by
the applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and
abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market
