Systems Analysis III work involves acting as a liaison between the
business/end users and IT systems development teams for business
needs requiring IT based solutions.
You will be
responsible for assisting in managing the product development
lifecycle, developing detailed technical requirements and
completing functional specifications. You will interface with the
technical team to ensure features you have defined are developed,
tested, and deployed to specification. You will also support
roadmap planning and providing technical expertise to assist with
long-term conversations around the product(s) you support. You must
possess a unique blend of business and technical savvy with
incredible attention to detail, foresight and the drive to make
internal and external customer’s vision a reality.
- Identifying and
analyzing business needs, conducting requirements gathering, and
defining scope and objectives
recommendations for solutions or improvements to business processes
or products that can be accomplished through new technology or
alternative uses of existing technology develop requirements into

releases, and maintain related roadmaps and product

product marketing team to effectively communicate upcoming releases
(what, when, how to use) to internal and external teams (end users,
channel partners, internal support teams).
- Work with
management to define new market opportunities for the product in
the form of Market Requirements Documents, build business cases,
and have the ability to translate those needs into an actionable
project plan from conception through launch.
- Support RFI
processes hardware/software requirements.
- Work with Clients
and Operations to translate business requirements into working
functional requirements that development can act on.
