Assembler – 1st Shift Location: Loveland, CO Pay Rate: $20.00/hour Schedule: Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM Are you hands-on, detail-oriented, and ready to work in a fast-paced production environment? We’re hiring a dedicated Assembler to join a collaborative manufacturing team in Loveland, CO on a one-year contract. What You’ll Do: Follow detailed work instructions and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Perform basic assembly tasks using hand tools (experience is a plus). Accurately complete required documentation and maintain production records. Support a clean and safe work environment following company procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure quality. Report and help troubleshoot issues as they arise. Participate in continuous improvement and lean manufacturing initiatives. Train new team members on equipment and procedures as needed. What We’re Looking For: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently (required). Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications. Prior experience in a regulated manufacturing setting is a plus. Understanding of GMP, FDA QSR, and ISO requirements preferred. Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs using proper technique. Willingness to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks. Physical Requirements: Frequent standing, walking, reaching, and handling of materials. Regular lifting, bending, and stretching.
