Responsibilities: * Provide strategic counsel on complex land use entitlements, zoning, urban infill projects, and redevelopment initiatives * Advise private and public-sector clients on regulatory compliance, site development, and long-range planning matters * Negotiate and draft development agreements, ground leases, and public-private partnership (P3) contracts * Represent clients before planning commissions, city councils, and other governmental bodies * Mentor junior attorneys and contribute to the professional development of the team * Lead client engagements and play a key role in business development efforts within the land use and real estate sector Qualifications: * J.D. from an accredited law school with an active Colorado Bar license * 8 years of legal experience with a focus on land use, zoning, real estate development, and public-private partnerships * Demonstrated expertise in working with municipalities, developers, and regulatory agencies * Strong leadership and client relationship management skills * Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical abilities * A track record of successfully managing large-scale or high-impact real estate projects Interested in hearing more?
