Salary: $110,000 - $160,000 per year A bit about us: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Permanent Associate Attorney with a focus on Land Use and Environmental Law. This is a unique opportunity to join a dynamic team of legal professionals, offering comprehensive legal services to a diverse clientele. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the legal industry with a strong background in Land Use and Environmental Law. Why join us? Responsibilities: Provide legal advice and guidance on matters related to Land Use and Environmental Law. Represent clients in court or before government agencies. Prepare and draft legal documents, including pleadings, discovery, and motions. Conduct legal research and analysis to develop legal strategies. Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients. Maintain current knowledge of changes in legislation and case law related to Land Use and Environmental Law. Develop relationships with clients to understand their legal needs and provide exceptional service. Collaborate with a team of attorneys and support staff to ensure efficient and effective case management. Job Details Qualifications: Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Must be a member in good standing with the state bar. Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law, with a focus on Land Use and Environmental Law. Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex legal concepts to clients. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines. Proficiency in legal research tools and software. Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment. Commitment to maintaining the highest level of professional ethics and integrity. Experience in litigation and transactional work is preferred. Proven track record of success in previous legal roles. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
