Flexible hybrid schedule Structured Career Development Competitive Salary Medical, dental, and vision insurance Life insurance Long-term and short-term disability insurance 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Paid time off (PTO) and holidays Professional development opportunities Job Details Responsibilities: * Handle all phases of construction defect litigation, from pre-suit investigation through trial * Draft pleadings, motions, discovery, and legal memoranda with minimal supervision * Take and defend depositions of parties, experts, and witnesses * Manage client communications and provide strategic legal advice * Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and arbitrations * Collaborate with internal teams and outside experts to build strong cases * Meet a minimum annual billing requirement of 1,800 hours Qualifications: * J.D. from an accredited law school * Licensed to practice in Colorado * 2–8 years of litigation experience, and must have construction law or defect litigation experience * Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills * Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment * Prior experience representing developers, general contractors, or insurers is a plus Interested in hearing more?
