Job Description:
Senior Litigation Associate Attorney (Insurance Defense) My
client, a respected firm in the Denver market, is looking to add a
Litigation Associate to their growing team. This is a unique
opportunity to work on a diverse caseload involving real estate
disputes, insurance defense, and civil litigation with real trial
opportunity and a collaborative team culture. Position Highlights:
Case Variety : Represent clients in litigation involving breach of
fiduciary duty, breach of contract, FHAA complaints, covenant
enforcement, foreclosures, and more Active Litigation Role : Handle
cases from intake through trial and appeal — including research,
discovery, court appearances, and client interaction Collaborative
Environment : Work closely with experienced litigators and
department leaders Business-Minded Practice : Opportunity to
participate in client development and long-term firm strategy Path
to Partnership: There is a opportunity to build a book of business
and make Partner Compensation & Benefits: Competitive salary range
of $110,000–$140,000 Merit-based bonus potential Full benefits

litigation experience in district court or insurance defense
Licensed to practice in Colorado Excellent research, writing, and

to handle sensitive matters with professionalism Portable book of
