Principal Systems Engineer – Continuous Integration/Development
(CI/CD) Product Owner , supporting one of our premier programs in
the business unit where you will be working with a
cross-disciplinary team of engineers, leading the industry in
ground systems solutions. In this role, you will lead the pipeline
and tools team, executing CI/CD pipeline improvements and
maintaining the CI/CD infrastructure. The pipeline and tools
engineering team consists of approximately 12 engineers and as the
Product Owner, will work with them to execute, develop, and
maintain the roadmap to ensure the Program stays on the cutting
edge of COTS tools and processes. Additionally, as the Product
Owner, you will be responsible for owning the team backlog,
sprint/PI execution, supporting the selloff of teamwork as well as
leading readiness reviews, design reviews, and presentations to the
customer and senior program management. What You Will Do Oversee
and provide team leadership and ownership of the CI/CD Pipeline
Maintain and execute CI/CD roadmap Work with the scrum master to
plan and execute 3 month program increments Support and attend
technical reviews and technical interchanges in support of the
program Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders on a
daily basis, including preparing and presenting technical briefs
Collaborate with fellow engineers to drive solutions to closure
Work in an Agile program environment Qualifications You Must Have
Typically requires a Bachelor's Degree in Science, Technology,
Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 10 years of
prior relevant experience Experience with developing and
maintaining one or more of the following: Python scripting
language, Ansible, Jenkins CI/CD pipeline, Git, RHEL, Jira, and/or
Artifactory Experience with Agile and/or DevSecOps development
methods Technical leadership experience Development experience on a
government contract Experience with systems engineering
Qualifications We Prefer Experience determining and developing
approaches to solutions with minimal supervision Experience with
automation techniques and modern software factory processes
Experience working in a Satellite Ground System development or
operations environment Good collaboration skills and the ability to
work in a team environment Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira,
Confluence) Test Automation experience (Cucumber, Gherkin, Zypher)
Experience with Java, C++, or Python Experience with Linux
operating system Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of

124,000 USD - 250,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good
faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX
