Job Description:
Senior Revenue Analyst Location: Denver, CO About the Role As
the Senior Revenue Analyst you will bring structure, insight, and
strategy to our revenue data ecosystem. In this role, you'll play a
vital part in enabling a high-performing sales organization by
ensuring the integrity of our Salesforce data, building clear and
scalable reporting infrastructure, and delivering actionable
insights that inform decisions across GTM teams. This position is
perfect for someone who is equal parts data strategist and process
thinker-someone who can dive into the details while keeping an eye
on the big picture. You'll be a key contributor to the Revenue
Operations team, helping to refine sales processes, drive
operational efficiency, and support long-term growth. Key
Responsibilities: Own Reporting & Sales Insights Design, build, and
maintain Salesforce-based dashboards and reporting tools to track
key KPIs such as pipeline health, quota attainment, churn, LTV, and
forecast accuracy Synthesize sales and revenue data into concise
visual presentations that support executive decision-making and
operational planning Partner with stakeholders across sales,
marketing, and customer success to understand data needs and
provide visibility into performance Salesforce Data & Process
Management Support the optimization of Salesforce to streamline
day-to-day workflows Audit, clean, and structure Salesforce data to
ensure consistency, accuracy, and usability Collaborate with our
Salesforce Administrator to enforce validation rules, automate
workflows, and uphold data governance standards Drive RevOps
Strategy & Process Improvements Identify operational inefficiencies
and recommend process improvements across the GTM organization
Assist with the development of scalable revenue processes and
reporting standards that support growth and cross-functional
alignment Support onboarding and training efforts by creating
system documentation and adoption tools for sales reps and new
hires What You Bring: Experience : 4 years in revenue operations,
business analytics, or a related role with strong exposure to
Salesforce and sales data Education : Bachelor's degree in
business, finance, economics, marketing, or related field Skills :
Strong proficiency with Salesforce dashboards, reporting, and data
workflows Excel/Google Sheets expertise (pivot tables, lookups,
formulas) Skilled in PowerPoint or equivalent for executive-facing
presentations Familiarity with revenue and funnel metrics: ARR,
MRR, churn, CAC, LTV, etc. Detail-oriented with a strong sense of
data integrity An effective communicator who can translate data
into strategy Self-starter with a continuous improvement mindset
Nice-To-Have: Salesforce certifications or hands-on experience with
tools like Data Loader, Import Wizard, or validation rules Exposure
to GTM tools like Outreach, ZoomInfo, HubSpot Experience in a
