As a part of our Shared Service Accounting team, you will be supporting One Communication, an ATN subsidiary and leading full-service communications provider for corporate and residential customers in Bermuda providing cellular voice, high speed internet, subscription television and data solutions. A successful candidate will be highly organized and self-motivated, effective communication and project management skills. This role gives you the opportunity to play a central role in our Shared Service Accounting department, enabling ATN to reach our vision to digitally empower people and communities so that they can connect with the world and prosper. Looking for motivated individuals to join our NOC team. This role is responsible for monitoring, repairing, and maintaining our network. NOC technicians will be inquisitive information seekers who are focused on restoring services during an outage, but also determining the root cause and identifying ways to improve our services. On any given day, the NOC will be working anything from a single subscriber issue with a field tech on-site, to a national outage, to a single cell site outage. Each day will bring new challenges with lots of opportunities for growth and improvement. ---The NOC technicians will work with a sense of urgency using a "whatever it takes" mindset to restore service to our customers. ---Do you have what it takes? Job Duties (Included but not limited to) :

• Strong ability to multi-task and prioritize competing tasks, including network monitoring, outage handling, phone calls, ticket updates and emails.
  • Proficient writing and note-taking skills for customer-facing notifications and internal tickets.
    • Strong verbal communication skills inter-team and team-to-team communications.
      • Established LAN troubleshooting skills and familiarity with maintaining and troubleshooting home/customer networks.
        • Takes ownership of issues to resolution. Takes ownership of training needs and actively seeks training opportunities.
          • Self-starter, always looking to improve their environment and provide superior team support.
            • Troubleshooting issues from physical connectivity to connectivity across the internet over multiple technologies
              • Strong analytical skills and ability to prioritize efficiently in a fast-paced environment
                • Ability to work independently with vendors to resolve issues
                  • Ability to interpret technical specifications in order to troubleshoot the network
                    • Ability to work off hours and perform on call duties, overnights and weekends a possibility
                      • Basic technical understanding of networking technologies (firewall, VPN, PBX, DIA, IMS, Ethernet, RF, CDMA, UMTS, GSM, DHCP, DNS, TCP/IP, OSPF, BGP, Microwave) a plus Required Experience:
                        • 1-2 years of related NOC experience or experience in a service assurance environment. Will also accept those looking for a new start in the tech field who come from a fast-paced environment.
                        • Understanding of Network Management Systems and inventory systems
                        • Test and Turn Up experience a plus
                        • Metasolv , circuit inventory experience a plus
                        • Ericsson IMS, Core EMS, Nokia Netact experience a plus
