Fractional HR Consultant Hybrid | Westminster, CO About the
Role: Our client, an employee-centric and dynamic organization
based in Westminster, CO, is seeking an experienced and
approachable Fractional HR Consultant to provide part-time,
hands-on HR leadership and support. This consultant will serve as a
key advisor, helping the leadership team strengthen HR operations,
refine existing processes, and ensure the company continues to
support its employees in a healthy, authentic, and values-driven
way. This Fractional HR Consultant role is highly relational,
requiring a balance of strategic thinking, process improvement, and
employee engagement. The consultant will work a flexible hybrid
schedule. Key Responsibilities: Annual & Quarterly Review Process
Assess and refine the company's annual and quarterly review
process. Collaborate with leadership to ensure processes align with
company culture and business goals. Ensure compliance with all
relevant labor and employment laws, partnering closely with the
leadership team. Employee Engagement & Office Hours Build
relationships with the team by setting regular onsite office hours.
Serve as a visible and approachable Fractional HR Consultant
resource to support staff and address issues proactively. HR
Process Improvement & Ongoing Support Review and update the
employee handbook and HR policies. Identify areas for HR process
improvement and implement solutions tailored to the needs of a
smaller, evolving organization. Provide ongoing, flexible
Fractional HR Consultant support as needs arise. Minimum
Qualifications: Must Have: Proven success as a Fractional HR
Consultant or similar HR leadership role. Experience building and
refining HR functions from the ground up , ideally within smaller,
entrepreneurial companies. Strong problem-solving skills and the
ability to design flexible, people-first HR solutions. Demonstrated
ability to build trust and credibility in employee-facing roles,
with patience and a warm, authentic communication style.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and comfort using Ease
benefits platform or similar tools. Nice to Have: Experience
supporting companies through cultural transitions or mergers.
Exposure to industries where operations and organizational change
require thoughtful pacing and long-term planning. Who You Are: You
