As we expand our operations, we are looking for an energetic, resourceful, and people-focused Internal Recruiter to join our team. Position Summary for Recruiter: The Internal Recruiter will play a key role in identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across all departments - from skilled trades to corporate functions. You will partner with department managers to understand staffing needs, develop job postings, source candidates, manage the interview process, and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout. Key Responsibilities of Recruiter: Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and define job requirements. Draft, post, and manage job advertisements across relevant job boards, social media, and internal communication channels. Proactively source and build pipelines of qualified candidates. Screen resumes, conduct initial phone interviews, and coordinate interviews with hiring teams. Manage the candidate experience from application through offer, ensuring timely communication and professionalism. Recruiter will work with outside PEO firm to facilitate background checks, onboarding, and new hire paperwork. Create applicant tracking system (ATS) and produce regular reports on recruiting metrics. Develop and promote the company's employment brand to attract high-quality talent in a competitive market. Qualifications 2 years of recruiting experience; experience in manufacturing or skilled trades is strongly preferred. Knowledge of full-cycle recruiting, sourcing techniques, and applicant tracking systems (ATS). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Passion for people and talent development. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times. High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field preferred. Preferred Skills Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus. Familiarity with Colorado labor laws and local workforce networks. Experience recruiting for a variety of roles including chemists, warehouse, administrative, and technical positions. Why Join Us?
