Job Description:

Genesis10 seeks a Bilingual MS Dynamics 365 Trainer for a 3+ month contract assignment. This position will work onsite and requires travel to Aurora, CO, and Pembroke, NC. Some remote work during non-travel schedules.

Compensation: $60.00 - 75.00 per hour, W2, depending on skill and experience level.

Position Summary Deliver training sessions on Dynamics 365 Manufacturing modules, including Production Control and Warehouse Management, in both English and Spanish.

Customize training programs based on user needs, system updates, and implementation phases.

Provide hands-on support during go-live and post-implementation to ensure user adoption and system efficiency.

Collaborate with functional and technical teams to align training content with configured system workflows.

Conduct workshops and one-on-one coaching to reinforce learning and address user challenges.

Support change management efforts by promoting system best practices and process improvements.

Translate system terminology and business concepts between English and Spanish to bridge communication gaps across global teams.


Requirements:
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Manufacturing, including Production and Warehouse modules, with a focus on scheduling and planning.

Proven track record in supporting and implementing MS Dynamics Production and Warehouse ERP solutions.

Skilled in delivering effective end-user training in-person.

Experienced in collaborating with diverse user communities to ensure successful system adoption and documentation.

Fluent in Spanish and English, enabling seamless communication and training delivery in bilingual environments.
