Prepare and cook meals according to dietary needs and meal plans. Ensure sanitary cooking conditions and adhere to safety standards. Assist in menu planning and maintain kitchen inventory. Regularly check food quality and manage food preparation processes. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to meet the specific dietary requirements of residents. Engage with residents to receive feedback on meal quality and variety. Proficient in various cooking techniques and styles. Knowledge of nutrition and dietary requirements typical in elder care settings. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.
