Mission Yogurt is seeking a *Sous Chef/ Kitchen Manager* for our
locations at the Denver International Airport.*Mission Yogurt* is
opening dozens of new dining locations within the Denver
International Airport in the next 12 months! This is why we are

two years of back of house restaurant management experience;*
Delivers superior food and beverage service and maximizes customer

guests and team members;* Must be able to pass a 10-year background
check per TSA guidelines.*Job-Specific Duties: Kitchen Manager**
Help in the preparation and design of all food and drinks menus;*
Produce high-quality plates in both presentation and taste;* Ensure
that the kitchen operates in a timely way that meets our quality
standards;* Fill in for the Executive Chef in planning and
directing food preparation when necessary;* Resourcefully solve any
issues that arise and seize control of any problematic situation;*
Manage and train kitchen staff, establish working schedule and
assess staffs performance;* Order supplies to stock inventory
appropriately;* Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and
safety standards, including Health inspections;* Maintain a
positive and professional approach with coworkers and
customers!*Physical Demands:*Must be able to work on your feet for
up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending,
stooping, twisting, reaching overhead and lifting products and
supplies weighing 20 pounds and occasional lifting and/or moving up
to 50 pounds as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion._*Mission
