What You ll Do

• Provide general neurosurgery care for inpatient, outpatient, and clinic patients
• Work within a structured schedule: 2 clinic days, 2 OR days, 1 flex day
• Participate in ER call coverage ( 7 days/month) with image review from home and minimal in-person requirements
• Support call flow with floor calls handled by APPs when applicable
• Collaborate with an established team including one neurosurgeon and four experienced APPs
• Utilize available tools and workflows, including EPIC and neuro-navigation resources
• Contribute to patient-centered care with a focus on excellent clinical outcomes

What You Need
Required

• Board-Eligible or Board-Certified neurosurgeon through ABNS (truly Board Eligible acceptable per ABNS timelines)
• Willingness to join a permanent team in Pueblo, Colorado
• Ability to work the described schedule (clinic/OR/flex day) and participate in call coverage
• Team-oriented approach and commitment to high-quality patient care

Preferred

• Experience building or expanding an elective spine practice in an underserved community
• Comfort with a practice model that includes home image review for ER call
