Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Psychiatric - Discipline: RN - Duration: 24 weeks - 36 hours per week - Shift: 12 hours, nights - Employment Type: Local Contract Psych RN – Local Contract – Nights | 36 Hours | $67/hr Pueblo, CO Start: 4/20/2026 24-Week Contract Compensation & Schedule $67 per hour 36 hours per week 3x12-hour night shifts Weekend and holiday rotation required Position Overview SpectrumACS, a division of American Correctional Solutions, is hiring experienced Registered Nurses for a 24-week local contract at a Colorado state psychiatric hospital in Pueblo. This facility provides care for adult forensic and civil inpatient behavioral health populations in a secure, team-based hospital environment. Responsibilities Provide psychiatric nursing care in an inpatient setting Conduct comprehensive patient assessments Administer and monitor psychotropic medications Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation Utilize crisis intervention and de-escalation techniques Participate in MANDT crisis management and restraint training Requirements Active Colorado RN license 1 years of inpatient psychiatric or behavioral health RN experience Current AHA BLS certification Experience working in secure, forensic, or inpatient psychiatric settings Ability to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays Ability to lift 50 lbs Job Type: Local Contract SpectrumACS Job ID CMHHIP-RN-LCL-PM-36.
