Job Description:

dedicated and skilled Travel RN ICU to join our dynamic team. This
position offers the unique opportunity to work across various
locations while providing critical care to patients in intensive
care units. The role demands a compassionate approach, adherence to
the highest medical standards, and the capability to adapt to new
environments and teams. Provide direct and individualized nursing
care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in
patients' conditions while maintaining accurate patient records.
Administer medications and treatments to critically ill patients,
and operate ICU equipment proficiently. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to facilitate coordinated patient care.
Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and
health restoration measures. Proficiency in ICU clinical skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work
effectively in a fast-paced and changing environment. Strong
analytical and decision-making skills. Empathy and resilience.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance
401k Registered Nurse (RN) licensed to practice in the state of
Colorado. Certification in Critical Care Nursing (CCRN)
preferred.
