Health to find a qualified Labor/Delivery RN in Pueblo, Colorado,

AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate required Must-Have:
Fast-paced environment experience Ability to manage laboring and
high-risk obstetric patients Experience in circulating in the
operating room OB triage experience Description: Position available
for a Registered Nurse in the Labor and Delivery specialty. Shifts
are three 12-hour night shifts each week. First-timers are accepted
if experience requirements are met. Weekend coverage may be
required based on unit needs. Charting system used is Epic.
Staffing ratio is 1 nurse to 2 patients. Position involves
attending to high-risk obstetrical patients and managing labor.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Experience in high-risk deliveries and vaginal deliveries is
preferred. Ability to perform sterile vaginal exams and assess
fetal heart patterns is required. Candidates must be able to assist
with various procedures such as amnioinfusion and fetal monitoring.
Strong patient advocacy skills and a focus on family-centered care
are necessary. Ongoing professional development and compliance with
current guidelines will be part of the responsibilities. Candidates
should be prepared to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
The position requires the ability to handle emergencies and perform
effective patient assessments. The workload may include managing
multiple patients simultaneously. Candidates must demonstrate the
ability to provide education and support to families. Candidates
should be familiar with neonatal resuscitation and post-delivery
care. Flexibility in scheduling and willingness to adapt to unit
needs is required. Commitment to quality patient care and safety is
paramount. Candidates must be proficient in using various medical
equipment pertinent to Labor and Delivery. Participation in quality
