for the position of Inpatient Clinical Resource Nurse. This role
requires an experienced nurse dedicated to improving patient care

will act as a leader, educator, and resource for nursing staff,
focusing on clinical excellence, evidence-based practice, and

healthcare. Located in one of Utah's premier health systems, this

our commitment to community and quality care. Act as a primary
educational resource for nursing staff regarding clinical practices
and patient care standards. Lead quality improvement initiatives to
enhance clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction. Assist in the
development and implementation of patient care protocols and
guidelines. Support nursing staff through direct mentorship and
facilitating access to continuing education opportunities.
Collaborate with healthcare teams to manage patient care plans
effectively. Ensure compliance with healthcare laws, regulations,
and hospital policies. Strong leadership and organizational skills
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities Proficiency
in clinical operations and healthcare management Ability to mentor
and inspire nursing staff Knowledge of healthcare regulations and
accreditation standards Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision
Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license
in the state of Utah BLS/ACLS certification required Certification
