In skilled nursing, small progress creates life-changing impact. What You'll Do As a PRN PTA, you'll provide hands-on, functional therapy to a geriatric population, including: • Gait and mobility retraining • Transfer training across all levels of assistance • Strengthening, balance, and fall prevention • Supporting patients with medically complex conditions • Collaborating with the supervising PT on care progression • Working alongside nursing, OT, and speech to support whole-person recovery If you need support building any of these competencies, we provide training and mentorship.
