Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team. This position offers a
unique opportunity to provide personalized nursing care to patients

candidate will be responsible for administering medications,
managing patient care plans, and monitoring patient progress. This
role requires a combination of clinical expertise and a heartfelt
desire to improve the quality of life for patients across various
age groups. Administer medications and perform routine treatment as
prescribed by physicians. Monitor and record the patient’s
condition and document care services provided. Educate patients and
their families on proper home health care strategies and
procedures. Coordinate with healthcare professionals to assess
patient needs, formulate care plans, and evaluate the effectiveness
of treatments. Ensure the safe and ethical delivery of healthcare
services. Strong practical nursing skills. Excellent interpersonal
communication abilities. Proficiency in electronic health records
and medical software. Ability to work independently with minimal
supervision. Compassion for and commitment to patient care. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance Current
LPN license valid in the state of employment. Basic Life Support
(BLS) Certification required. Driver's license and reliable
transportation, as this role requires home visits.
