Job Description:
UCHealth, a Colorado-based nonprofit health care system renowned

patient-centered care, is looking for a compassionate and skilled
Occupational Employee Health Nurse RN. In this pivotal role, you
will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the health and
safety of our employees, providing clinical care and proactive
wellness initiatives across our multiple hospitals and outpatient
facilities. This position demands a unique blend of nursing
proficiency, health advocacy, and a deep commitment to the welfare
of health care staff. Conduct pre-employment health assessments and
periodic health evaluations. Administer vaccinations and oversee
communicable disease prevention policies. Provide emergency
treatment and manage occupational health injuries or illnesses.
Develop and implement health promotion programs, including wellness
and fitness programs. Counsel employees on physical and mental
health issues and guide them towards appropriate resources.
Maintain accurate health records and ensure compliance with
healthcare regulations. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
setting Knowledge of occupational health and safety Ability to
handle medical emergencies Proficient in administering vaccinations
and wellness screenings Excellent communication and counseling
skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Valid RN license Certification in Occupational
Health Nursing (COHN) preferred
