Provide thorough and patient-focused care in a critical care setting throughout the night. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team. Adjust patient care plans as needed, particularly in fast-paced and potentially stressful situations. Administer medications, document therapy responses, and communicate patient needs to team members. Educate patients and their families on treatment and medical care procedures. Advanced knowledge of critical care protocols and procedures Ability to operate sophisticated medical equipment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Colorado BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
