Job Description:
UCHealth, a leading nonprofit healthcare system based in
Colorado, is seeking a dedicated Clinical Educator Nursing to
enhance the competency and performance of our nursing staff across
our facilities. The successful candidate will be responsible for
designing, implementing, and evaluating educational programs and
clinical orientations that align with the highest standards of
nursing practices. This role requires a dynamic individual who is
passionate about nursing education and can foster a positive
learning environment to ensure top-notch patient care. Assess
educational needs and learning styles of nursing staff. Develop and
deliver curriculum and learning materials. Conduct clinical
orientations for new nursing hires and ongoing staff development
programs. Evaluate the effectiveness of educational programs and
make improvements as necessary. Collaborate with nursing managers
and other healthcare professionals to align educational activities
with clinical goals. Stay updated on the latest nursing practices
and regulatory requirements. Strong instructional and curriculum
design skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficient in clinical operations and nursing best practices.
Ability to evaluate and improve training effectiveness. Familiarity
with educational technology and e-learning platforms. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Certification in Nursing
Professional Development (CNP, ANPD) preferred.
