Provide direct and comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients. Participate in diagnostic assessments and collaborate in care planning. Monitor patient health continuously and respond with appropriate interventions. Engage in multidisciplinary team strategies for patient care improvement. Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment plans. Document patient care services accurately in the patient’s electronic health record. Strong clinical skills with the ability to react decisively in emergency situations. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Capability to work effectively in a high-pressure environment. Proficient in using medical software for patient care management. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license to practice in the state of Colorado. BLS (Basic Life Support) certified by the American Heart Association or American Red Cross. ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification preferred.
