The role involves working closely with surgical teams, delivering expert nursing care during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases, optimizing patient outcomes and ensuring seamless healthcare delivery. Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in surgical settings across multiple facilities. Collaborate with surgical teams to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans. Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and assist in surgeries. Educate patients and their families on surgical procedures and postoperative care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to all safety guidelines. Strong clinical skills in a surgical environment Excellent teamwork and communication abilities Capability to adapt to dynamic and changing environments Proficiency in using medical software and electronic health records Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license Certified in Basic Life Support (BLS) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
