Build meaningful patient relationships in a supportive, community-focused environment. Position Details: Full-time, outpatient | Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM | No nights or weekends, minimal call Patient volume: 18-20 patients per day Provide care for all ages, from pediatrics through geriatrics Perform routine procedures including physicals, joint injections, minor dermatology services, and women's health Access to continuing education and professional development opportunities Position Requirements: Physician Assistant (PA) license with eligibility for Colorado licensure DEA registration with prescriptive authority Family medicine experience preferred Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach Compensation & Benefits: Salary: $117,500 - $137,500 (based on experience) Annual performance bonus and sign-on bonus Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and pharmacy coverage (eligible within 30 days) CME allowance and paid education time Retirement plans with employer contributions Financial wellness resources Career advancement and optimal work/life balance Employee discounts A culture focused on the well-being of our providers and excellent patient care Why Eaton?
