beyond. Join us! Compensation: Hourly: $28.00 - $36.75/hour (based
on experience) Pay-per-billed-hour: $42-$45/billed hour (based on
experience) Signing and relocation bonuses available Performance

evidence-based physical therapy services to pediatric patients
under PT supervision Implement individualized treatment plans
designed by physical therapists Collaborate with families,
physicians, schools, and multidisciplinary team members Provide
culturally competent, family-centered care Complete case management
activities consistent with quality assurance standards Maintain
accurate and timely documentation Participate in team meetings and
care coordination Qualifications: Required: Associate Degree from
an accredited PTA program Colorado DORA PTA license (or eligible to
obtain) BLS/CPR certification Passion for pediatric care and
collaborative practice Preferred: Pediatric experience (new grads
welcome!) Experience in multidisciplinary settings Physical
Requirements: Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours
daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally. Our Commitment: We're
