Encompass Health Corporation is seeking dedicated and compassionate Full Time Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our team across a variety of settings, including inpatient rehabilitation hospitals, home health services, and hospice care. Provide direct nursing care based on the prescribed treatment plans. Coordinate and deliver comprehensive patient assessments and documentation. Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to enhance patient outcomes. Educate patients and their families on illness, prognosis, and the care process. Administer medications and monitor responses. Ensure compliance with standards of care and practice in accordance with all established policies, procedures, and guidelines. Strong clinical skills in patient assessment and care Excellent communication and collaboration abilities Proficient in handling medical software and record-keeping Ability to work flexibly across various healthcare settings Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certified Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
