Job Description:
Desired start date: ASAP. Schedule: 2 days in clinic, 2 days in
OR, 1 flex day. Clinic: Average 8 to 12 patients per day, with
additional patients from 3-4 PA Documentation System/EMR: EPIC.
Practice setting: Inpatient, outpatient, clinic. Not open to 1099
candidates for this position Not open to visa candidates for this
position Not open to providers who want to commute long distances
(more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s) Not
open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules ALL OF THE
FOLLOWING ARE REQUIRED AT NAME CLEAR UNLESS NOTED OTHERWISE. TRULY
Board Eligible (within 5 years of eligibility and working towards
Board Certification within 4 years) or Board Certified in
Neurosurgery - REQUIRED CO license (or willing to obtain) -
REQUIRED Clean Malpractice - REQUIRED Does the provider require
visa support - J1 or H1B? (note in "Additional Submission Details"
field) - REQUIRED
