Title: LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse Profession: RN Specialty:
LTAC Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Night Shift Hours per Shift: 12.5
Experience: 2 to 5 years of experience required License: Must have
a valid state RN license Certifications: Must have ACLS and BLS
certifications Must-Have: Vent/trach experience Knowledge of
central lines Preferred wound care experience Description: The
LTAC/Telemetry Registered Nurse is responsible for providing care
to patients by utilizing the Nursing Process in accordance with the
state Nurse Practice Act and hospital policies and procedures. This
role requires critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and
leadership in anticipating and planning for safe delivery of care.
The nurse maintains clinical competencies through continuing
education. Delegation of patient care priorities must align with
the education and experience of the available staff. The registered
nurse provides direction and supervision of assigned personnel
delivering patient care. A minimum of two years of experience is
