Physician Assistant | Surgery - Trauma Location: Loveland, CO Employer: Lancesoft Inc Pay: Competitive weekly pay (inquire for details) Shift Information: 3 days x 12 hours Start Date: ASAP About the Position Trauma & Acute Care Surgery Physician Assistant – Nights Full-Time Nocturnist | Loveland, Colorado A high-acuity Trauma and Acute Care Surgery service in Loveland, Colorado is seeking experienced Physician Assistants to join its overnight Nocturnist team . This is an excellent opportunity for PAs who thrive in fast-paced surgical and trauma environments and enjoy autonomous overnight practice with strong physician support. Position Highlights 12-hour overnight shifts: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM Full-time Nocturnist role High-acuity Trauma & Emergency General Surgery coverage Collaborative surgical team environment Epic EMR system Strong leadership, education, and career growth opportunities Practice in a modern, well-resourced trauma setting Clinical Responsibilities Provide comprehensive overnight trauma and acute care surgery coverage Manage trauma admissions, emergency general surgery, and inpatient surgical patients Perform patient evaluations, develop and execute treatment plans Interpret diagnostic imaging and laboratory results Assist surgeons with trauma resuscitation, bedside procedures, and operative support Practice with a high level of autonomy while collaborating with surgeons and multidisciplinary teams Ensure accurate and timely documentation in Epic EMR Uphold quality, safety, and performance standards of the surgical service Compensation & Benefits Annual salary range: $136,822 – $179,379 , based on experience Quality incentive bonus eligibility up to $10,000 annually Relocation assistance up to $10,000 for eligible candidates Fully paid malpractice coverage CME allowance up to $3,500 annually plus 5 CME days Retirement plans with employer match and supplemental savings options Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance Paid time off beginning at hire, paid family and medical leave, and additional leave options Education assistance and loan forgiveness eligibility Access to wellness programs, discounts, and professional resources Location Highlights Northern Colorado location with access to the Rocky Mountains Exceptional outdoor recreation and quality of life Supportive medical community with strong resources Requirements Graduate of an accredited Physician Assistant program (Master’s degree required) NCCPA certification (PA-C) Active, unrestricted Colorado PA license (or ability to obtain prior to start) Eligible for DEA and Medicare/Medicaid enrollment Minimum 2 years of trauma or acute care surgery experience OR completion of a surgical fellowship BLS certification required Clean malpractice and license history Recent NPDB report (within 30–60 days) Benefits ??
