Opportunity to earn MORE based on center size, mentorship of RBT's and supervision of assigned trainees. Your total compensation consists of a competitive base salary, performance bonuses, mentorship bonuses, and long-term ownership in the company. *BCBA's become eligible for long-term ownership upon promotion to the Sr. BCBA role. All other roles eligible. Monthly Performance Bonuses: Bonuses are uncapped and start at just 26 hours of treatment delivery per week, meaning you'll be rewarded for your impact without waiting months to qualify. Sign On Bonus: Up to $10,000 based on start date and location. Mentorship Bonuses: Provide supervision hours to an RBT pursuing their Master's in ABA and earn bonus pay for your guidance, oversight and impact! Certification Bonuses: Get rewarded for each therapist who becomes certified under your supervision. Remote Work Benefit: Up to 3 work from home days per month, plus up to 16 additional assessment related work from home days per year Schedule: Monday-Friday, daytime hours. No Non-Compete Clauses: We believe great talent doesn't need restrictions Transparent and Expedited Career Growth & Leadership Tracks: - Center Leadership: BCBA >Sr.BCBA>Assistant Clinical Director >Clinical Director>Sr. Clinical Director >Group Clinical Director>Regional Clinical Director - Training & Development: Join Dr.Greg Hanley's Compassionate Care Team, mentor and train clinicians in evidencebased ABA practice - Research & Innovation: Collaborate with Dr.LindaLeBlanc at the Action Institute to advance treatment outcomes, transparency, equity, and clinical quality Clinical Guidance: Our BCBAs are guided by our Clinical Advisory Board and Compassionate Care Team, featuring industry leading clinicians such as: Dr. Charna Mintz, Dr. Greg Hanley, Dr. Linda LeBlanc, Dr. Patricia Wright, Dr. Dorothea Lerman, Dr. Malika Pritchett, Dr. Mahshid Ghaemmaghami, and Dr. Anthony Cammilleri Continuing Education: A minimum of 10 free CEUs per year in-house, extra funds to attend additional training courses, and 2 paid days off to use for CEU events.
